Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki penduduk yang sangat padat terutama di kota-kota besar. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang sangat padat, berbagai masalah pun muncul. Masalah sosial ini terjadi akibat ketidaksesuaian antara unsur-unsur kebudayaan masyarakat. Jika terjadi bentrokan unsur-unsur masyarakat akan menimbulkan gangguan sosial yang akhirnya merusak hubungan sosial. Masalah sosial muncul karena perbedaan mencolok antara nilai dalam masyarakat dengan realita yang ada.   Tahun 2021 menjadi tahun kembalinya roda kehidupan masyarakat kota maupun desa. Di kota sendiri, mulai terlihat keramaian di jalan raya maupun perkantoran. Pusat perbelanjaan seperti mall pun mulai buka. Untuk mengantisipasi penularan virus Covid 19, pemerintah memberlakukan peraturan wajib vaksin pada penduduk yang ingin melakukan perjalanan menggunakan kendaraan umum. Dengan aplikasi Peduli Lindungi, masyarakat bisa men-scan barcode vaksin yang tertera di halte, stasiun, maupun terminal tempan pemberangkatan kendaraan umum.
